Possible alternative: new neighbors installed a showerhead or shower curtain that is louder than the previous one? Or the previous resident only took baths?

I can’t make sense of the algorithm here because sometimes my engagement here is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than anywhere else and sometimes it’s just crickets. Guess we all have to x-post until we die!

Also, also, what makes someone think that if a fundraiser was needed to help you with this medical debt, you certainly must have the means to pick up and “just go to Turkey” like you wouldn’t have to pay for flights and travel accommodations on top of dental surgery. 🤦♀️

Right! Like, my procedure took 12 hours because I am such a complicated case, but I had to work the day before and could only afford to take off for the procedure and one day of recovery. I was working with an ice pack strapped to my face less than 48 hours after!
