About the Summit

INHOPE's annual flagship event to combat child sexual abuse material (CSAM) online.

The 9th INHOPE Summit will bring together leaders from hotlines, law enforcement, financial institutions, technology platforms, AI developers, regulators, and civil society in Dublin for two days of research, evidence, and action.

Under the theme Pathways to Safer Systems, this year's summit will explore how we move beyond understanding online child sexual abuse to building the coordinated systems needed to prevent it. Through expert discussions, new research, and cross-sector collaboration, participants will examine the psychological, technological, financial, and regulatory dimensions of online harm, with a clear focus on turning evidence into accountability and commitments into action.

Day one sets the scene. Bringing together sectors that rarely sit around the same table, we examine how online child sexual abuse operates today - from exploitation pathways and the financial systems that sustain it to the role of AI and the gaps in platform accountability. The aim is to build a shared understanding of the challenges we face before turning to solutions. The goal is not consensus on every question, but a common baseline for what we are actually dealing with.

Attend Online - October 6

In-person on October 6th-7th, we move from analysis to action. Working sessions are structured around key systems: financial, technological, legal, and regulatory, to help attendees identify practical ways to strengthen responses, reinforce collaboration, and explore opportunities for coordinated action.
