Welcome to the global configuration repository for our GitHub Civicom organization.
This repository is used strictly to host organization-wide community files, issue templates, and pull request workflows. It contains no corporate source code, application logic, or proprietary data.
Per GitHub's architecture, this repository is configuration-public so that all internal, private repositories across our engineering business units can inherit standardized workflows and security gates.
The templates hosted here are used by our Dev teams (including our US and PH-based developers, QA specialists, and DevOps engineers) to enforce secure coding standards aligned with the OWASP Top 10 framework.
