Your product roadmap is probably sitting in the App Store. One star reviews tell you what is broken. Three star reviews tell you what is almost working. Five star reviews tell you what customers would hate to lose. Yet companies spend months debating priorities in conference rooms while thousands of users have already written the answer for free. Most teams read reviews emotionally. They celebrate the good ones. They argue with the bad ones. Then they move on. That is a waste. Reviews are not a reputation problem for the marketing team to manage. They are behavioral data for the product team to use. Group them by complaint. Connect them to retention. Compare them by version. Find the problem users mention right before they uninstall. Then fix that before adding another feature nobody requested. The loudest product meeting in your company should include the people who are not in the room. Your customers. When was the last time your roadmap changed because of a review? #Marketing #GrowthHacking #ProductMarketfit

95% of listings on Amazon are doing it wrong. And if you do it right - you win. What they are doing: → Describing the product, not the problem it solves. → Listing features, but never explain why they matter. The result? Customers scroll past, unsure why they need it. People buy solutions, not products. What you SHOULD be doing: → Understand their pain points What frustrates them? What’s missing? Speak to that. → Trigger an emotional response Will they save time? Feel more confident? Reduce stress? Make that clear. → Paint the transformation Show life before & after using your product. Make them see the difference. → Remove doubt Answer objections before they arise. Reinforce trust with reviews, guarantees, and authority. The best product doesn’t always win. ⤷ The one that connects with the customer does. Amazon rewards conversions. Get this right, and you don’t just sell; you scale. Here is a brand focused on product features; not benefits. Would you buy this product over the competition? #amazonuk #cvr

I recently sat down with Megan Poinski at Forbes to talk about the role customer reviews play in building brands - and why they’ve become such a powerful lever for modern CMOs. One stat that continues to stand out: 86% of people check online reviews at the very start of their decision making process. That makes collecting & displaying reviews one of the most powerful ways to build trust with potential customers. What we see working best: ⭐ Brands using reviews not just as feedback for CX, but as credible proof in their marketing; ⭐ Transparency as a trust builder - showing the full picture, not just the highlights; ⭐ Open customer feedback outperforming closed systems, especially in the age of AI - all those NPS comments you've gathered over the years are invisible to Gemini & ChatGPT. Ultimately, trust doesn't get built by what brands say about themselves. It’s built by what customers say - and how openly that feedback is shared and acted on. 🚀 User reviews are the compass for how well our product truly performs. But getting those reviews? Yep… usually a painful process. Either you dig through your own database, or you integrate multiple sources just to collect scattered insights. And if you want to monitor competitor products too? Even more painful. Right? 😅 So I built a smart automated workflow to solve this once and for all. I’m using Google Sheets as a central URL database, making it super easy for other teams to add or update product URLs without touching n8n. Then comes the fun part: Using Decodo, the workflow scrapes the reviews and structures them cleanly. This one is breakthrough brooooo. After that, AI sentiment analysis kicks in, giving me high-level insights and summaries in seconds. ✨ What this solves: - No more manual digging through reviews - Zero engineering overhead for data updates - Shared access for cross-team collaboration - Fast understanding of customer sentiment I’ve published this workflow so you can try it too. If you’ve already used it, I’d love to hear: How did this automation improve your productivity? https://lnkd.in/g2nhkiV9 Let’s make review monitoring smarter, not harder. 💡

In the competitive world of Amazon, standing out can be a daunting task for sellers. Recently, I stumbled upon a case study that beautifully illustrates the power of leveraging external traffic to elevate Amazon sales. A small e-commerce brand specializing in eco-friendly products wanted to improve their sales on Amazon, where they faced fierce competition. After assessing their situation, they decided to focus on driving external traffic through targeted social media campaigns and partnerships with influencers. They began by identifying their core audience on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, where environmentally conscious consumers actively engage. The marketing team crafted visually appealing posts and videos that showcased the unique features of their products, emphasizing sustainability and ethical sourcing. To amplify their efforts, they collaborated with micro-influencers who had a genuine connection with their niche audience, providing them with free products in exchange for authentic reviews. Within weeks of launching the campaign, the brand noticed a remarkable uptick in traffic to their Amazon listings. This influx of external visitors not only spiked sales but also positively influenced their organic rankings. With more customers discovering and purchasing their products, Amazon's algorithm started favoring their listings, leading to even more visibility. The results were clear: within three months, the brand experienced a 300% increase in sales and climbed to the top of search results for several relevant keywords. This case study underscores a vital lesson for Amazon sellers: strategic use of external traffic can have a profound impact on sales and organic rankings. In a marketplace where every advantage counts, exploring innovative marketing channels can set you apart from the competition. Whether you're a seasoned seller or just starting, consider how external traffic could be the key to unlocking your potential on Amazon.

Last week a client asked me why their Amazon listing wasn’t selling. They had traffic. But their conversion rate was stuck at 5%. We didn’t touch the price. We didn’t touch the ads. We focused on the listing itself. The first image was cluttered. The title was stuffed with keywords. And the bullets? They were just features. Here’s what we did. We swapped the first image for a clean product shot on a white background with one bold benefit overlay. We rewrote the title to highlight the outcome, not just the specs. We flipped the bullets from “what it is” to “what it does for you.” Example: Instead of “Stainless steel, 500ml capacity” → “Holds a full day’s hydration without leaving a metallic taste.” Small changes. Big impact. The result? Conversion rate lifted from 5% to 11% within two weeks. That’s more than double the sales with the same traffic. The lesson? Most ecomm businesses don’t need more clicks. They need product pages that tell a story and solve a problem. What’s the one thing you’d change first on your own listing?

Did you know some agencies still treat Amazon like Google Ads? Here’s why that’s a $100K mistake. We onboarded a new client a few months ago, A 7-figure DTC brand selling in the health & wellness niche. Their previous agency had set up a beautiful Google Ads funnel. High-converting copy, strong landing pages, solid retargeting. So naturally, they just copied and pasted that strategy into Amazon Ads. • Same keyword match types. • Same funnel logic. • Same expectation of customer behavior. Guess what? • TACoS was north of 38%. • ROAS dropped to 1.2. • The Buy Box disappeared....often. The problem? Amazon isn’t Google. On Google, people discover products. On Amazon, they intend to buy, and the algorithm is watching everything from keyword alignment to backend logistics. And that makes all the difference. We restructured the entire account: • Keyword segmentation by buying intent • Product-led campaigns vs search-led • ASIN-level negations • Operational cleanup to protect Buy Box • Budget shift toward high-SOV terms 90 days later: • TACoS down to 17% • ROAS above 4.2 • Consistent Buy Box win rate over 92% If your agency is still applying Google logic to Amazon... You’re not optimizing, you’re leaking. Let’s talk if you're ready for a marketplace-native strategy, not a copy-paste. #ecommerce #amazonads #ppcstrategy #marketplacescaling #agencylife #ecommercegrowth #adcelerate360

How we increased a client's Amazon sales by 317% by fixing these 5 PPC mistakes (... step-by-step breakdown) 1️⃣ Product ineligibility - Check if your product is eligible for advertising. Inventory issues, pricing problems, or not having the buy box can make it ineligible. 2️⃣ Paused products - Ensure you have enabled ads that can run. Sometimes products get accidentally paused. 3️⃣ Negative keywords - Be careful with negative phrase match keywords. They can accidentally eliminate important keywords. 4️⃣ Low bids - CPCs on Amazon generally increase over time. If your bids are too low, you'll stop getting impressions. 5️⃣ Keyword restrictions - Amazon sometimes prevents bidding on certain keywords it deems irrelevant to your product. Fixing these issues can revive your campaigns and boost your sales. At Emplicit, we've helped over 400+ eCommerce brands earn $550 million in sales through Amazon. We know how to handle Amazon PPC accounts front to back. Here's a quick video explaining these 5 reasons in more detail:

Most Amazon sellers obsess over ads. But here's what actually converts: your second image. I've audited hundreds of listings, and the pattern is clear. Ads get clicks. Your second image gets sales. Here's why it matters more than you think: 70% of shoppers never scroll through all your images. That second slot? It's your only shot to prove you're different. So how do you nail it? Start with what customers actually say. Don't guess your advantage in a meeting room. Check your Search Query Performance and Reviews. If customers keep saying "doesn't leak" or "best-tasting," that's your headline. Not your "scientifically formulated" tagline that nobody mentions. The strongest second images solve problems shoppers are actively complaining about. Then benchmark your competition. Audit 5-10 top competitors in your niche. Screenshot their second images. What's missing? That's your opportunity. If every protein bar shows "plant-based" but no one shows texture or real ingredients, you just found your angle. Avoid these mistakes: • Generic lifestyle shots that don't explain why you're better • Overstuffed graphics trying to communicate 5 advantages instead of one powerful one I've attached an example below that nails this. Your second image isn't decoration. It's your conversion engine. What's on yours right now?

How we took a brand from £0 to £873,700 in 12 months on Amazon...... first of all, there was no "hacks", no "shortcuts", no "side hustle" nonsense. The fundamental part of success on Amazon (and ecommerce in general) is PRODUCT. Our client has: ✅ A quality product ✅ Good margin to compete ❌ Optimisation, keywords, pricing, means NOTHING at this stage without a quality product, delivered quickly and exactly. Next up is the Amazon leg work in a nutshell: 1. Fulfilment by Amazon, prime badge acquisition! 2. Pricing effectively, this means being able to complete at the lower end of your margin calculation while being able to bring in early sales. 3. Bringing in vine for key lines with higher margin - one per variation family. 4. Developing deals for external traffic - Amazon loves social and external traffic that builds into sales. 5. Maximising imagery and content - Clarity in imagery and pictures that show product quality are absolutely pivotal to clinch that sale 6. Making sure Advertising remains ROI strong - Structured broken down campaigns that can be analysed at a keyword by keyword level. 7. A+ and store building - branding builds confidence in your product. 8. Analyse and action on data points - where are the low sales, where are conversions lacking? 9.rinse and repeat! How would you expand a brand quickly on Amazon? want proof 👇
